headquarters.
Global reach.
Headquartered in New York. Built to produce anywhere.
Many of the organizations we work with are based in New York — but their stories don't stop at the city limits. Their teams, affiliates, programs, and audiences are spread across the country and around the world, and they shouldn't have to find a new production company every time the story moves.
So we go. Same crew, same standards, same gear — on a plane instead of the subway. We've produced across the United States and internationally — Ghana, London, Sweden, the Caribbean — for New York organizations with national and global footprints. One partner who already knows your brand, wherever the work takes us.
Charlotte, NC — Engage Summit.
We covered the Engage Summit in Charlotte, North Carolina from end to end — a full event recap, live streaming, and social videos turned around the same week.
Fly in, capture the room, cut it fast, get it posted while the event is still fresh. That's what travel coverage is supposed to feel like.
Recap film, multi-camera livestream, and short-form social — one crew, one trip.
National reach. One content partner.
For an organization with affiliates across the country, making great video is only half the job. The harder half is consistency: how do you capture a student program in Chicago, an affiliate story in Rochester, a testimonial in Houston, and a national summit in Nashville — and have it all feel like one organization, one mission, one brand?
That's the job we do for the National Urban League. The relationship has grown past individual videos — we travel to national events and local affiliates as their content and production partner, deploying from New York to Chicago, Rochester, Chattanooga, New Orleans, Seattle, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Houston, and Nashville.
One NUL STEAM initiative took us to five affiliate cities — Chicago, Rochester, Chattanooga, New Orleans, Seattle. Five communities, five sets of students and personalities. Our job wasn't five separate videos: we built a creative approach where each affiliate kept its local identity, and it all cut together into one national story. We handled the logistics end to end — affiliate communication, travel, call sheets, interviews, photography, matching camera and audio standards, post, graphics, and the unified storyline.
For headquarters, that means one call — not finding, briefing, and managing a different video company in every city. And the footage keeps working: campaign videos, affiliate spotlights, social content, fundraising, sponsor recognition, grant and funder updates, recruitment — a content library for the whole network.
From New York to the world.
The same model has taken us across borders. We traveled to Ghana with NSBE — the National Society of Black Engineers — to document their programming on the ground, produced work in London including projects in the fashion space, and supported organizations in Sweden and the Caribbean.
International production is more than booking a flight and packing cameras. It's travel and equipment planning, local crews and transportation, time zones, backup plans, secure media management — and keeping the camera, audio, and creative standards consistent so an interview shot in Accra cuts seamlessly next to one shot in New York.
If one interview is filmed in New York, another in Atlanta, and another in Ghana, the final project should still feel like one campaign. That's what we deliver.
One crew, every city.
The hard part of shooting out of town isn't the flight — it's trusting a team you've never met in a city you don't know. Skip it. We bring our own crew, our own gear, and 20+ years of doing this under pressure.
Whether we're filming an affiliate program in Rochester, a national summit in Nashville, a project in Ghana, or a fashion shoot in London, the role is the same: understand the organization, understand the goal, go where the story is happening, and bring it all back under one consistent brand.
You brief us once. We handle the travel, the logistics, and the shoot — and everything comes back looking like one campaign, no matter where it was made. That's the difference between a content partner and a production vendor.

Traveling production FAQ.
Do you travel outside of New York for video production?
Yes — nationally and internationally. We're NYC-based but travel constantly, bringing our own crew and gear so you get the same standard on the road as in New York, without hiring and vetting a new team in every city or country.
Which cities and countries have you filmed in?
Across the US: Chicago, Rochester, Chattanooga, New Orleans, Seattle, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Houston, Nashville, Charlotte, Washington DC, and Syracuse, among others. Internationally: Ghana, London, Sweden, and the Caribbean — for clients from local businesses to national organizations like the National Urban League and NSBE.
Do you handle event recaps and livestreaming on the road?
Yes. Traveling event coverage is a core service — multi-camera recap films, live streaming, and same-week social videos. We did exactly this for the Engage Summit in Charlotte, NC.
How does pricing work for a travel shoot?
Travel productions are quoted per project. Cost depends on the city, dates, crew size, travel logistics, and deliverables. Tell us where and when and we'll put together a plan.
Can you turn one event into weeks of content?
Yes — that's the point of shooting once and cutting many. A single trip becomes a recap film, short-form clips, and social videos, so you keep publishing long after the event ends.
Shooting outside New York?
Wherever it is, we'll be there with the crew, the gear, and the plan. Conferences, corporate shoots, recaps, livestreams — one team that travels.
