From empty room to tech-ready event.

You have the venue. You have the speakers. You have the audience. Now the room has to work.

We provide professional audio, video, live streaming, projection, stage lighting, photography, and AV production for corporate events, conferences, meetings, panels, summits, graduations, nonprofit events, screenings, and branded experiences across New York City. Our team walks into a relatively empty space and turns it into a professional, tech-ready production environment — the equipment, the experience, and the technical crew to make sure your presenters are seen, heard, recorded, photographed, projected, and streamed.

Video. Audio. Livestream. Photography. Projection. Stage lighting. One production partner.

Built for New York City events.

Producing events in New York comes with technical problems that are easy to underestimate. Midtown alone is packed with TV facilities, hotels, theaters, broadcast systems, and thousands of wireless devices all fighting for the same radio frequencies.

That matters the second your CEO or keynote speaker picks up a wireless microphone. We've invested in professional wireless systems with greater operating range and frequency flexibility — selected specifically for demanding NYC RF environments — and we plan and coordinate frequencies around the realities of the venue.

Because the audience should be thinking about what your speaker is saying — not whether the mic is going to work.

Professional event audio.

A beautiful room and an impressive presentation mean very little if the audience can't clearly hear the person on stage. Our NYC event audio production covers presentations, panels, conferences, corporate meetings, interviews, and livestreams — microphones, wireless systems, speakers, mixing, recording, and on-site technical support.

And live event audio isn't just amplifying a mic through speakers. The same signal may need to feed the room system, our cameras, the livestream, the recording, remote participants, and post-production. Sound for the room. Sound for the recording. Sound for the stream. When one team understands all of those destinations, the event gets a lot easier to run.

Immersive and multi-channel audio, too. We've designed and implemented 5.2 Dolby Digital setups — multi-channel playback with dedicated surround and subwoofer support — for screenings, presentations, and branded experiences. From a single microphone to a full multi-channel system, we build the setup around the experience you're creating.

Projection & presentation support.

Need a presentation, video, logo, sponsor graphic, or film on a big screen? We provide projector and screen solutions for NYC events — including our premium 6K Panasonic projector — so the room gets a polished visual experience even when the venue doesn't have the technology built in.

We help determine the right projector, screen placement, playback workflow, and technical configuration for the room and audience. The goal is simple: everyone in the room sees the content clearly.

Stage lighting that works for the audience and the camera.

Stage lighting has two jobs: your speakers need to look good to the room, and they need to look good on camera. Those aren't always the same thing.

Because our video team is part of the production, we light for how the presenter reads from the seats, through the lens, in photos, and on the stream. Not just bright enough — production-ready. And lighting is also how an ordinary meeting room or ballroom becomes a space that feels intentional and branded.

This is where we're different.

We're a video production company first. A traditional AV rental company builds the room and leaves. While your event is happening, we can also capture it — multi-camera coverage of keynotes, panels, audience reactions, interviews, and the moments in between.

And because we run the cameras and the audio, live streaming plugs directly into the production instead of being bolted on as a separate service. The stage cameras feed the stream. The mic system feeds the room and the online audience. The whole program gets recorded for whatever comes next.

Photography rides alongside — press shots, social images, sponsor coverage — one more set of deliverables from the same team, instead of one more vendor to coordinate.

One event. In-person audience. Online audience. Future audience.

One team behind the entire experience.

When every part of an event belongs to a different company, someone has to make them all talk to each other. The AV company needs an audio feed for the livestream company. The lighting has to work for the video company. The photographer needs the run of show. Usually, all of that coordination lands on you.

Our approach is different: audio, video, livestream, photography, projection, and lighting managed together. The camera team knows what the lighting team is doing. The audio team knows what the stream needs. Everyone's working toward the same show.

A conference room becomes a broadcast environment. A ballroom becomes a professionally lit stage. A corporate meeting becomes a livestream. A panel becomes months of social content. A fundraiser becomes the story that raises the next round.

You bring the room. We make it production-ready.

A local NYC technical partner — on demand, at your space, making your clients look great, with media assets delivered after.

Turn the event into content.

The biggest advantage of working with us is what happens after the event. You've already gathered your executives, speakers, partners, and supporters in one room — that's an enormous content opportunity.

While we run the show, we can also capture what becomes event recaps, interviews, testimonials, social clips, photography, executive content, fundraising videos, and sponsor deliverables. Your production investment keeps generating value long after everyone goes home.

For nonprofits, universities, and agencies, that same content helps raise money, build awareness, document impact, and show funders exactly how their support was put to work.

Event AV FAQ.

Do you provide AV production for corporate events in NYC?

Yes — audio, projection, stage lighting, live streaming, multi-camera video, photography, and on-site technical support for town halls, conferences, panels, summits, graduations, galas, screenings, and branded experiences across New York City.

How do you handle wireless microphones in Manhattan?

Midtown is one of the most crowded RF environments in the country, so we use professional wireless systems with greater operating range and frequency flexibility — selected for demanding NYC environments — and we plan and coordinate frequencies around the venue's realities to keep audio reliable.

Can you provide projectors and screens for an event?

Yes. Our inventory includes premium projection — including a 6K Panasonic projector — plus screens, playback workflow, and technical setup matched to the room, for presentations, screenings, sponsor graphics, and large-format visuals.

Can you also film and livestream the event you're running AV for?

That's our biggest advantage — we're a video production company first. The same team running the room can capture multi-camera video, feed the livestream from the stage cameras and microphones, shoot photography, and turn the event into recaps, social clips, and executive content.

Do you support venues and event planners on demand?

Yes. We partner with venues, event producers, and agencies as a local NYC technical team — showing up on demand, running the AV, and making the space look flawless for their clients, with media assets delivered after.

Can you build surround sound or multi-channel audio setups?

Yes. We've designed and implemented 5.2 Dolby Digital setups — multi-channel playback with dedicated surround and subwoofer support — for screenings, presentations, and branded experiences. From a single microphone to a full multi-channel system, we build the setup around the experience you want.

Your space. Your audience. Your message.

We bring the technology and the production team to make it work — and capture content that keeps working after the event ends.
