Production
The show happens in New York. The decisions can happen anywhere.
In spring 2025, Adobe's team needed New York. The talent was here. The decision-makers were in San Jose. And a series of webinar recordings had to look right, sound right, and feed back to California live — the first time, every time.
They booked us for one shoot. Then a fireside chat in SoHo. Then two more. Four productions in three months, with our crew on the ground in New York and their team directing from the West Coast.
Directed from 2,900 miles away.
The first recording ran out of our space in Chelsea. Camera, lighting, audio, and a hardwired connection for the live feed to California. By early afternoon, the client was watching our frame from San Jose and giving direction in real time — as if they were standing next to the camera.
That's the whole point of remote direction. We keep a live feed of the program and camera views open to the far-end team, keep the talkback running, and lock the feed down in a tech check before anyone says "action."
It's the same discipline we bring to a livestream with an audience watching: test everything before doors open, not after.
The fireside chat.
For the two-person fireside chat in SoHo, the producer arrived with a full rental list from an equipment house. We went through it line by line and offered our own package instead — cinema cameras, lighting, boom and lav audio, wireless video to client monitors, and a Blackmagic ATEM ISO switcher that records every camera plus the live cut.
One vendor. One crew of four — DP, camera, sound, and tech. Fewer moving pieces on the day, and every angle captured clean for the edit.
The producer's reply, in full: "Basically, this looks good. Let's move forward."
Produce in New York. Direct from anywhere.
See it live.
Here's a fully livestreamed production from our team — multi-camera coverage, switched and streamed in real time.
A livestream only gets one take. That's why we treat the tech check like part of the show.
We go live a lot.
Livestream isn't a side service for us — it's a habit. We've streamed NYU Tisch's Climate Change Festival, city-agency public meetings, galas, graduations, and town halls across New York, in venues where the house audio, the internet, and the schedule all have opinions.
We produce multi-camera livestreams in up to 4K, integrate with house audio and existing AV, and stream to YouTube, Zoom, Teams, Vimeo, or whatever platform your audience lives on. Hybrid room-plus-remote events too.
And because we ISO-record every camera, your livestream keeps working after it ends — as a recap video, social clips, or a full edit.
Built around your show.
Tell us the show and we'll scope it fast — cameras, crew, hours, venue, and where the stream needs to go.
Every livestream is different. Cost depends on camera count, crew size, run time, the venue's audio and internet, and the platforms you're streaming to.

How it works.
Tell us the show
The date, the venue, the audience, and where the stream needs to land. We'll scope cameras, crew, and connection.
Tech check
We test the feed, the audio, and the stream before doors open. If your team is remote, they're watching our frame before we roll.
Go live
Multi-camera coverage, switched live, with your remote team directing in real time if they want the wheel.
Keep everything
Full program recording plus ISO files of every camera — ready for recaps, clips, and the edit.
"Their ability to multi-task was outstanding."

Livestream & remote production FAQ.
Can our team direct a New York shoot remotely?
Yes. We run a dedicated live feed from set — program and camera views — so your director, producer, or client can watch the frame and give direction in real time from anywhere. We did exactly this for Adobe: our crew produced in New York while their team directed live from San Jose.
What can you livestream?
Webinars, town halls, panels, fireside chats, conferences, galas, graduations, community meetings, and product launches. We stream to YouTube, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Vimeo, and custom platforms, and we can run hybrid events with both a room audience and a remote one.
Do you livestream in 4K?
Yes. We produce multi-camera livestreams in up to 4K, switched live with a Blackmagic ATEM ISO workflow that also records every individual camera — so you get the live cut plus clean footage for editing afterward.
How much does livestream production cost in NYC?
Livestreams are quoted per project. Cost depends on camera count, crew, hours, the venue's audio and internet situation, and where the stream needs to go. Tell us the show and we'll scope it fast.
Can you work with our venue's house audio and AV?
Yes. We integrate with house audio and existing AV all the time — theaters, ballrooms, universities, and corporate spaces across New York. We test the feed, the audio, and the connection before doors open, not after.
Do we get a recording after the livestream?
Always. You get the full program recording, and with our ISO workflow, individual recordings of each camera — ready for recap videos, social clips, or a polished edit.
Going live? Or directing from another time zone?
Either way, you need a New York crew that treats the tech check like part of the show. Tell us what's coming up and we'll build the production around it.
