Transcendent Enterprise Won a Webby Award for Promoting Accessibility in New York City

A video production company based in New York City, Transcendent Enterprise has won a Webby Award for a video they produced for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. The video, titled “Disability Pride at Lincoln Center with Lakshmee Lachhman-Persad” highlights the many ways that people with disabilities can enjoy all that the city has to offer.

The video features Annie who is disable and we document her activity in Lincoln Center. It was a beautiful experience filming her family sharing joy for the moments we documented The take away we acquired from behind the scenes is that there aren’t  many places were there are so many options where a family who has a disable member can come and enjoy various activities.

It took courage for the family to document this with Lincoln Center, and we tip our hat to them for their trust and vulnerability to advocate for disable persons needs.

The video was produced by a team of filmmakers who are passionate about making New York City a more accessible place for everyone. They hope that the video will help to raise awareness of the importance of accessibility and encourage businesses and organizations to make their facilities more accessible to people with disabilities.

The Webby Awards are considered to be the “Internet’s highest honor.” The video production company’s win is a testament to their hard work and dedication to creating high-quality content that promotes inclusion and accessibility.
